As part of the development of our business, we recruit a Project Manager HRIS in Casablanca. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the development of information systems on behalf of our customers, in particular performing the various services related to the deployment of our solutions.
  • Ensuring the implementation of integration projects which you are responsible of, from the scoping phase to the implementation phase based on internal or external resources, respecting deadlines, standards and good practices and the company's commitments.
  • Accompanying our business development missions in pre-sales by participating in the response to tenders.

Required profile

  • We are looking for engineering school or university graduates with a computer DESS, MBA.
  • You have valuable experience of 5 years in HRIS project management within a consulting firm or for a final customer, including 3 years in a management position in a similar environment (ICT: editor or IT)

Good knowledge of the HR information systems (having at least 5 years of professional practice in the field) Recognized experience: from implementing HR software dedicated to the development of specific applications based on iOS or WebApp technology.... To support our growth, we are looking for a Development Engineer in the field of electronic banking. You will be in charge of:

  • Define the design and technical work phase with the client and the developers;
  • Ensure communication with the client
  • Assure the tests and qualification of deliveries
  • Ensure the maintenance and development of embedded application software (C, C ++).
  • Contribute to the level of implementation of technical solutions.
  • Achieve project results in terms of quality, cost, time and performance of products at the various project progresses up to secure production;
  • Carry out the necessary arbitrations to achieve the project objectives with the constant concern for customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure budget and timelines are met; analyze and update standard product and project cost sheets.

Profile and required skills

Holder of a degree in engineering or equivalent university (BAC + 5), you justify a minimum of 3 years in the field of electronic banking and / or in the IT sector and a first proven experience in architecture and technical supervision. You have an understanding of the daily challenges, you know how to work autonomously and be proactive with your contacts to add value to your projects. Your interpersonal skills and your taste for customer contact are essential qualities to succeed in this job. In addition, you want to get involved in the development of a growing company.

Requested knowledge:

You are autonomous on the J2EE specification and technologies: Spring, Hibernate. Knowledge of the AngularJS framework would be a plus.

Required profile

Advanced training of State Computer Engineer in major international schools; With at least 8 years' experience ideally in the IT sector or the electronic banking sector; You are rigorous, organized, attentive to the respect of deadlines and precision in your work; Your sense of analysis, synthesis combined with your interpersonal skills and a real ability to optimize and improve performance are all assets that will allow you to succeed in this position.

Mission

The missions of a Senior Architect are articulated around 3 axes:

  1. Organization and HR Axis
    • Fit the teams in Skills
    • Support and strengthen MX Academy (Monitoring and Assessment)
  2. Project Delivery Axis
    • Assist MEP in BOM, SNTL and CTM projects (guarantee Operational Performance and Maintainability)
    • Deploying Continuous Integration: Implementing Quality Control Tools and Processes and Covering the Project Code
    • Integrate the User Experience: Implement the process of support and quality control of the HMI (ergonomics, graphic charter, languages, etc.)
  3. Business Axis
    • Expanding MX Enterprise in a Solution as a Service
    • Help build an Agile model (Factory AWB type)

Main activities :

  • Define the technical and human resources needed to deploy the projects in consultation with the project managers
  • Consolidation, validation and monitoring of schedules according to project constraints
  • Establish and analyze dashboards related to project progress and service activity;
  • Supports technical support of M2M Group products;
  • Integration, deployment and generalization of M2M Group products;
  • Interventions on real time sources, batch and HMI;
  • Respect for commitments and deadlines of M2M Group vis-à-vis its customers;
  • Customer Training
  • Participate in the drafting of the technical documentation of the products
  • Validate the functional specifications
  • Ensure coordination between project management and other departments

Required Profile for the position: Senior Architect

  • Engineer training
  • Bac + 5 plus 10 years of experience as a technical manager
  • Language Proficiency: Mandatory English

Mission :

Attached to the Network Management, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement the business strategy in coordination with the sales department,
  • Achieve the objectives of sales, collection and prospection of new customers, set by the sales department,
  • Ensure the recovery and regular payment of orders by a permanent monitoring of its customers,

Required profile for the position: Sales Manager (Casa, Oujda, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier)

  • With minimum Bac +4 training in commerce, you have proven experience in the microcredit, telecoms and money transfer sectors;
