Founded in 1990 by researchers, M2M group has set the goal to position itself as one of Africa and Middle East top businesses and one of the top 3 in the world of transaction management and secure e-transaction software vendors.



Quality policy

Quality at M2M has always been a priority. Today, we are moving towards a continuous improvement of our internal organization, our products and our services with regard to the requirements of our customers and international markets.

With this in mind, we have decided to commit the M2M group to a global approach to quality management in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.

In 2009, M2M Group complied with the requirements of the 2008 version of the ISO 9001 standard. To make our system more efficient and effective, we undertook its redesign according to the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard. For our part, we are committed to supporting this project and making available all the necessary means to sustain the development of our QMS, satisfy our customers, our employees and our stakeholders.

Our quality policy is closely linked to our development strategy and our corporate culture focused on 7 unifying axes namely:
