Redouan BAYED graduated from Pierre and Marie Curie University of Paris, holds a DESS in electronics, a master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering and automation. As part of a PhD in Electronics, Redouan BAYED conducted several research projects in the fields of high frequencies.

He began his career in 1986 as a teacher at the “École Supérieure d’Électronique” in Rouen before joining in 1987 the management of Engineering’s innovation in Paris led by Roland Moreno, the inventor of the smart card. He held then the position of Technical Director and took charge of the design of both electronic payment hardware and software.

In 1989, he co-founded M2M Group in Casablanca and took charge of its General Management. In just a few years, it has become one of the world leaders in the secure electronic transaction sector, with prestigious references in the world. Redouan BAYED is today the Chairman of M2M Group, an international leader in e-transactions processing solutions.

At the head of a group with 300 references in more than 50 countries, Redouan Bayed leads an organization structured in 4 Strategic Business Areas: Electronic Payment, EGOV, Transport Ticketing, and Dematerialization solutions.
